Shipping & Returns


We only accept bikinis purchased from sashalabel.com in new condition with tags and liners in tact for store credit. Return shipping is at customer expense. You have 14 days from the day you purchased your items to send them back to us for store credit. Please note sale items are final sale are not eligible for return. Sale items include items purchased with a discount of 15% or more and are not eligible for return. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained.

SHIPPING& RETURNS

All Australian orders are delivered using Australian Registered post, to ensure that all parcels can be tracked and delivered promptly.

All parcels will need to be signed for upon arrival. In the event that no one can sign at your delivery address, the courier will leave a card for you to collect from the nearest Post Office.If your order is placed before 1:00pm AEST, your parcel will be dispatched the same business day.

Deliveries can take 1 to 3 working days for express shipping and 3 to 7 days for standard shipping.

Please note that we cannot guarantee next-day delivery, as there can be unavoidable delays within Australia Post.

Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

During busy sale periods, Christmas and New Years holidays please allow at least 2 additional business days for dispatch.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification from Australia Post.

Any delivery date or time specified by Sasha Label is a best estimate only, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Return To Sender: Parcels that are returned to Sasha Label will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to be re-shipped. In the event that the shipping fee is not made payable, a credit note (valid for 6 months) will be issued for your garment(s)


STEPS OF RETURNING/EXCHANGING YOUR PURCHASES

1- Try on your garments over underwear

2-Take unwanted garments & check tag/hygiene sticker that all are attached in original condition. Place items back in garment bag.

3-Read our terms & conditions of purchase below to avoid any confusion & processing delays.

4-Please contact us via www.sashalabel.com and follow the prompts to the contact us page. Please email us with the subject Return and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Our policy lasts 7 Days for Australian & international orders. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange or credit note.

To be eligible for a return your item must show no signs of wear, including fake tan or makeup stains. The hygiene sticker must be intact and tried on over underwear.

We reserve all rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the customer has breached our return policy.

Processing returns for store credit and exchanges -

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, receive an email with your store credit voucher

Exchanges -

You may exchange any item for another size/colour or style in stock of the same value.


Shipping -

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning your item we recommend using a traceable service, as we will not take responsibility of returned item's being lost

International:

All International orders are sent using DHL Express Post.

All parcels will need to be signed for upon arrival.

International orders may require 1-3 business days of processing once your order is placed.

Once your parcel is dispatched, delivery may take anywhere from 3-10 business days. This is a best estimate only.

Please note that the postal fee does not include possible taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and mark them as dutiable merchandise. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

We are unable to estimate what these will be, so it is best that you contact your local customs office for further information.

International orders that exceed over 500g may incur further charges, and will be advised by our Dispatch Manager after your order is placed.
